Property Management

Sun Peaks village has recently become a mountain municipality and is growing at a healthy pace with more vacation property built every year. Many owners choose to rent their property nightly and they have many options for RENTAL management with many new and established bussineses now operating in Sun Peaks.
Whilst we no longer offer a rental management service we are happy to answer any questions and offer advice and opinions when needed but as the only true Property Management service in Sun Peaks our primary services center on repairs, renovating and maintaining private homes, both rented and private.

We offer many other services including finish carpentry, trained, licenced and bonded locksmith and to complement this we have stock and install a wide range of door hardware including both manual and web based door hardware (see menu on left of page). We are trying to inform and educate owners with new as well as evolving ideas that are tried, tested and already in use around the word
